Valinor (GitLab) is for source code, merge requests, CI, and technical decisions tied to code.
Discord is for daily communication, quick alignment, and lightweight async updates.
Google Workspace is for identity, calendar, email, shared docs, and company files.
HubSpot is for commercial pipeline, company/contact records, and sales activity.

If something should be remembered, decide whether it belongs in BookStack, Plane, GitLab, HubSpot, or Google Drive. Chat alone is not durable knowledge.
